Print USA is a leading Sri Lankan offset printing company founded in 1989 by its Managing Director, Mr. Sathis Abeywickrama, a visionary who has played a pivotal role in elevating the nation’s printing and packaging standards. Beginning with a single one-colour Manroland press, Print USA has grown steadily over the decades into a fully equipped Heidelberg-powered operation, offering 2-colour, 4-colour, and 6-colour offset printing capabilities that ensure exceptional print flexibility, consistency, and quality.
Specializing in value-added offset printed packaging, Print USA caters to both local and international markets, servicing direct and indirect exports as well as diverse local industries. Our clientele spans the tea, pharmaceutical, apparel, and FMCG sectors, reflecting our ability to meet the stringent quality and compliance requirements demanded by globally competitive brands.
To deliver superior finishing and unmatched precision, Print USA houses a comprehensive range of in-house post-press embellishment capabilities, including full UV coating, spot UV, texture UV, embossing, cold and hot foiling options, and precision die-cutting. Our facility is further strengthened by Japanese-made offset plate-making systems and a fully integrated Apple-based pre-press environment, ensuring seamless workflow, accurate colour management, and rapid turnaround times. For customers requiring short runs or urgent productions, our digital offset printing department offers high-quality results at low MOQs without compromising on visual fidelity.

Flexiprint is dedicated to serve the Sri Lankan and international tea-bag tag, tea envelope and tagged pyramid tea-bag market while holding a market share of 63% of the local value added tea-packers. Flexiprint is also a market leader in providing the highest quality printed self-adhesive labels, tags and other labels for the FMCG, pharmaceutical and apparel industries. With 27 years’ experience in the trade, we hold a substantial market share overseas as we supply Asia-Pacific, Middle-East, EU and the American regions. Our international customer portfolio is all encompassing and includes prestigious customers from Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, India, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, the UK, USA, Kenya and Rwanda.

We have the capacity to produce above 400 km of printed material per day while assuring unparalleled quality standards that Flexiprint has been known to deliver since its inception.

All machine operation and technical staff along with the laboratory personnel are trained under industry professionals and were given first hand training overseas with machinery supplier companies.
